Screen Printing
Screen printing is a print method that presses ink through a fine mesh screen directly onto fabric.
Why it matters
Screen printing is the reference method for durable textile prints: dense ink, strong wash-fastness, sharp edges. High-density screen printing in particular — where ink is applied with a raised texture — survives washing and abrasion far longer than cheap transfer methods.
Downside: screen printing is pricier and more involved than DTG or DTF, and less flexible for very fine artwork.
Feel test: quality screen printing feels solid but not plasticky. If a print feels like thin film, it isn’t screen printing.
