2. Principle. The Body Supremacy Performance Lab is a free tool platform. There are no user accounts, no sign-up and no sale. Body, training and calculator inputs are not stored in an application user database. This is separate from technical connection, log and usage data that hosting and platform infrastructure may process when the website is accessed.

3. Local storage. Inputs and histories used by Fitness Identity, Check-in, Wrapped, Gym Mode, Progress, Passport and Training Story are stored locally in your browser when those features use persistence. These fitness inputs are not transmitted to our own application database. You can remove them through the respective tool or your browser settings. Where export or backup functions are available, you can use them to keep your own copy.

4. Camera and images. Training Story can request camera access when you choose the camera feature. Camera access is initiated by your browser only after your action. Captured story images are processed in the browser for preview, export or sharing and are not uploaded to our own application database by this feature.

5. Local storage, cookies and analytics. The Performance Lab does not add its own marketing or profiling cookies in the application code. Technically necessary local storage stays on your device. Hosting and platform infrastructure may, however, process technical telemetry and aggregated usage statistics such as page views, device/browser information, timestamps and comparable operational data. This technical data is separate from your locally stored fitness inputs.

6. Server logs, hosting and platform operation. When you open the site, the infrastructure providers in use may automatically process technical data required for delivery, security, error analysis and operation, for example IP address, requested URL, browser type and timestamp. The Performance Lab runs on Lovable-based infrastructure with edge delivery; Lovable and participating infrastructure/CDN providers such as Cloudflare may therefore process technical log and telemetry data. Their respective privacy notices and contractual data-protection terms apply.

7. External links. The site links to external offers, in particular the Body Supremacy® shop at bodysupremacy.de, operated via Shopify. The respective operators are responsible for content and privacy of linked sites; their own privacy policies apply.

8. Your rights. Under the GDPR you have the right, at any time, to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21), as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77). 9. Changes. We update this policy when the legal or technical framework changes. The version published on this page is the one in force.
