About the Performance Lab
Body Supremacy® is a European premium gymwear brand. The verified NINTAI T-shirt product is made in Portugal. The Performance Lab applies the same mindset to knowledge and software: precise, calm, high-quality and understandable.
Why this platform exists
A number without an explanation helps no one.
Most fitness calculators give you a number and leave you alone with it. They do not explain where the value comes from, how accurate it is, or what you can sensibly do with it.
The Performance Lab grew out of that gap. It is the free knowledge and tool platform of Body Supremacy — a European premium gymwear brand. The verified NINTAI T-shirt product is made in Portugal.
We build calculators, planners and educational content for people who take training seriously and want to understand what lies behind the numbers.
What we hold ourselves to
Four principles behind every page.
Results are guidance, not a diagnosis. Every calculator states its method, its assumptions and its limitations.
No invented facts. We do not adopt a claim simply because it is repeated often, and we do not invent sources.
No scare tactics. We use calm language and moderate recommendations — no extreme deficits, no judgment of your body, no pressure.
Your fitness and body inputs belong to you. Calculators process them in the browser and do not create a personal fitness profile in an app database. Technical hosting or platform telemetry is treated separately and explained transparently in the privacy notice.
Nintai and Chanto
Patience, perseverance — and doing things completely.
Nintai (忍耐) stands for patience and perseverance. Chanto (ちゃんと) means doing things properly and completely.
Both describe how we develop products and this platform: not fast and loud, but carefully and for long-term usefulness.

We build tools for ambitious people who take training seriously. Every tool should make its logic, assumptions and limitations understandable and remain free to use. No paywalls and no artificial feature limits.
Philosophy
Chanto — doing things properly, carefully and completely.
Chanto (ちゃんと) is the mantra behind Body Supremacy®. Our first collection is called Nintai (忍耐) — perseverance, patience and discipline. The guiding line is: “Born from discipline. Shaped by experience.”
In software, that means no quick hacks, empty promises or invented certainty. We want to build tools whose logic is explained and content that has genuine practical value.
Why it is free
Paywalls and aggressive monetisation do not fit this platform.
Body Supremacy® earns money from gymwear. The Performance Lab does not monetise your fitness or body inputs or turn them into a personal fitness profile for advertising. The platform should remain a calm place where you do not have to buy anything to get useful answers.
